Lord Carmine was former advisor to Blackstone Private Equity Group, current advisor to Berkshire Hathway Homecare Services & Board Member of Saudi Crown Holdings.

He was also Managing Director at KPMG New York. He is a certified Public Accountant in the State of New York and Public Notary for the American Society of Notaries.

He holds a Master in Professional Accounting and Bachelor in Business Administration with Highest Honors from the University of Texas at Austin.

Maaz Ahmed Shariff

Maaz retired as Additional Secretary to Government of Karnataka after having served for 37 years across various departments such Ministry of Health, Education, Revenue, Housing, Haj & Wakf.

Maaz holds two Under Graduate Degrees in Science & Law Bangalore University and also holds a Masters Degree in Social Work.

Maaz has extensive experience in Public Administration having served with various Ministers and negotiating Government Orders with multinational companies such as Volvo while being Director at Karnataka State Transport Corporation.

Maaz has a special interest in Islamic History & is very active in Philanthropy towards educating the under privileged.

Alok Verma

Alok is a specialist in corporate finance advisory work including private equity, company acquisitions & disposals and due diligence assignments.

He also has experience in public company transactions on the AIM and plus markets, covering a wide range of sectors.

Since 1996 Alok was a Partner at Sedley Richard Laurence Coulters LLP (SRLV), from 2016 he now serves as Consultant at SRLV.

Alok is a Trustee of a Climate Change Foundation, The Indian Film Co Ltd & Advinia Healthcare Ltd.

Alok is a mentor to Sarfraz Shariff - Co Founder of Golden Cascade Capital.

Misbah Chowdhury

Misbah is a dynamic international entrepreneur and global trade strategist with extensive experience in operating and scaling businesses across the United Kingdom, United States, United Arab Emirates, and Bangladesh.

With a strong and diverse international network, Misbah maintains active engagement with government bodies, investment authorities, and private sector leaders across multiple regions.
